Not many carbs in this one, other than all these veggies. Still a delightful healthy meal!Pan-grilled salmon, truffle salad, broccolini. Rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Salmon is abundant in omega-3 fatty acids, particularly EPA These fatty acids are crucial for heart health, brain function, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall well-being. High Protein Content: Salmon is an excellent source of high-quality protein. Protein is essential for muscle repair, growth, and overall body function. Vitamins and Minerals: Salmon contains various essential nutrients like B vitamins (B12, B6), potassium, selenium, and phosphorus, which are beneficial for metabolism, immune function, and overall health.

My favourite dinner. Taco Tuesday for me is burrito bowl Tuesday!

Minced chicken, shredded cheese, Sour cream, Guacamole, Protein chips, Pico de Galo. When making or ordering a burrito bowl, consider incorporating a variety of colorful vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains for a more balanced meal. Additionally, being mindful of portion sizes and ingredient choices can make a burrito bowl a healthy and satisfying meal option.

Love Love Love sushi! Another meal after a tough day in the pool. IF you cant tell, the crab was the highlight!
