Here is what I ate for lunch on somedays, all of them more tasty than you could imagine!!! Showing you that food is nutritional and delicious.

Savvy bite

Here is a delicious sandwich, so simple and tasty.

Turkey ham, Avocado, Brioche bread, Low fat cheese and some spicy This sandwich offers a blend of savory turkey ham, creamy avocado, melted cheese, and a kick of spiciness. The brioche bread adds a touch of sweetness and richness to the overall flavor profile. Feel free to adjust the ingredients or add extra elements to suit your taste preferences.

It's a versatile recipe where you can customize the spiciness level and add or omit any ingredients based on your dietary preferences or flavor preferences.

All cuisines at once

After a swim competition I was starving!!! The buffet section was amazing, I couldn't chose just one thing. Nine hours by the pool, here is the after math. Fried rice, Chicken gyoza, Chicken nuggets, BBQ Chicken, French fries and some ketchup on the side! Once all these items are cooked and ready, arrange them on a large platter or individual plates. The meal offers a mix of flavors and textures with the savory fried rice, flavorful gyoza, crispy chicken nuggets and fries, BBQ chicken for that smoky sweetness, and ketchup for dipping. It's a fun and diverse meal that combines various tastes, making it suitable for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.

Sushi HEAVEN!!!
ree

As a swimmer, sushi is my favourite dish to exist. IF I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be sushi.

Avocado sushi, Salmon sushi, Spicy salmon sushi, Spicy tuna sushi, Eel nigiri, Tuna sashimi, Salmon sashimi, Prawn tempura and some aubergine. Arrange these sushi and sashimi items on a platter for an impressive and varied spread. Pair them with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger for traditional sushi accompaniments. The combination of different flavors and textures makes it an exciting and satisfying meal for sushi lovers! Adjust the ingredients and presentation according to personal preferences for a delightful dining experience.

Not so healthy- Healthy.

This was a tasty lunch, not so good to eat everyday though...

Smoked salmon lox bagel, cheese and chives crisps.

The creamy, savory flavors of the bagel with smoked salmon complement the crunchy and flavorful cheese crisps, making it a delightful combination for any occasion. Adjust the toppings and seasonings according to personal preferences for a delicious experience.

Flying high!

Another flight food, traveled so much for swimming these past weeks. Made sure it was balanced and tasty!

Chicken tomato pasta and some vanilla ice cream!

Enjoy the creamy sweetness of vanilla ice cream as a delightful dessert to follow your flavorful and hearty chicken tomato pasta.

This meal combination offers a mix of savory and sweet flavors, providing a satisfying and balanced dining experience. Adjust the seasonings and ingredients according to your preferences and enjoy this delicious meal pairing!

Post swim meal!

Oh this meal was the best after three long days of racing. Not healthy one bit, but the most delicious thing I had ever put in my mouth.

A McDonalds burger. Three beef patty's and one lightly fried chicken patty. With one small piece of bread. This product is filled with fats and protein. Mcdonalds is filled with lots of fats and carbs. But after a few long days of racing, this meal is okay. A special meal every now and then is always okay after all the hard work that you do.
