We all know that protein is the ultimate fuel for athletes! It’s the key to repairing and rebuilding muscles, so you can hit the pool, track, or gym feeling stronger than ever. But who says refueling has to be boring? Here are some delicious, protein-packed post-training recipes to keep your muscles feeling refreshed and ready to perform at their best! Let’s dive in!

  1. Vanilla bark

  2. Yogurt bowl

  3. Cottage cheese chips

  4. Covered fruit

Vanilla bark is one of the most delightful things I have tasted, packed with protein and nutrient but still taste like a dessert for that sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chobani vanilla yogurt

  • 2 scoops of WHEY vanilla protein powder

  • 3 strawberries

  • 3 pretzels

  • 3 chocolate discs

    Directions:

  • Mix yogurt and whey in a bowl

  • Place it out on a parchment paper

  • Cut up the star berries, pretzels and discs

  • Place everything on top where your heart desires

  • Freeze it

Yogurt bowl is the best thing that you could taste, and it takes a slick five minutes to create in a day with all your favourite items at home

Ingredients

  • your favourite yogurt

  • Protein powder

  • Oreo crumbs

  • Strawberries

Directions

  • mix yogurt and protein powder into a bowl

  • Mix in Oreo crumbs

  • Top with strawberries

Cottage cheese crisps

Get any cottage cheese and place it in an air fryer or oven with your favourite herb or spice for 10 minutes. As simple as that!

Covered fruit

Get your favourite fruit of choice, my favourite would be raspberries!

Place some fruit on a parchment paper, with raspberries shove a few chocolate chips inside and douse it in yogurt and PB2 and place in the freezer for an hour. After that, cover it in some sugar free chocolate and freeze it again!
