Struggling to find some nutritional and tasty breakfast ideas for you or your children? Here is what I eat as a swimmer while on holiday! Delicious and full of nutrition!

This was one of my favourite breakfasts to have.

Some mango and strawberries covered in Cinnamon with a blueberry crumble muffin on the side.

Serve the cinnamon-covered mangoes and strawberries alongside the blueberry crumble muffin for a delightful and flavorful dessert or snack combining the sweet-tartness of fruits with the comforting warmth of cinnamon and the delightful taste of blueberry muffins. Adjust sweetness and flavors to your preference for a perfect treat!

Here is one of my staple breakfasts to eat after training/before school

A protein waffle mix with an extra scoop of protein powder and some mini chocolate chips. The protein powder I use is Whey Vanilla, it is delicious and I could eat ti plain. I mix in the protein powder with the flapjack protein waffle mix. Which gives extra protein and extra delightful tastes.

While on holiday I love to enjoy my food, while trying to get all of the food groups too.

Turkey bacon, chicken dumpling, chicken sausage, corn, hashbrown, smoked salmon and a cup of berries

Combining these items could offer a diverse palette of flavors – from the smoky and savory taste of turkey bacon and smoked salmon to the mildness of chicken-based dishes like dumplings and sausage. I love my turkey ham and sausages, so when I crave savoury thats what you'll see on my plate! Turkey ham, chicken sausages, turkey flat bread, berries, nutella. Savoring these items together can offer a blend of savory and sweet flavors. You might enjoy the contrast between the savory taste of the turkey ham and sausages alongside the sweetness of the Nutella and the freshness of the berries. Consider making a wrap using the turkey flatbread with slices of turkey ham and chicken sausages for a savoury meal. Enjoy the berries on the side to refresh your palate, and indulge in the sweet treat of Nutella for a delightful dessert or sweet addition to your plate. Sugar sugar and more sugar!! The cravings got to me that day!

Oranges, Watermelon, Honeydew, Rock melon, Pancake, gingerbread cookies and some turkey ham!

Combining fruits like oranges, watermelon, honeydew, and rock melon provides a variety of sweet and refreshing tastes. Pairing them with the indulgent sweetness of pancakes and gingerbread cookies likely created a satisfying contrast in flavors.

The addition of turkey ham brings a savory element to the mix, balancing the sweetness and adding depth to the overall combination. Ate too much the night before? I definitely did! So this was what I ate at this beautiful hotel breakfast. Turkey ham, Watermelon, Pineapple, Watermelon juice and a gingerbread cookie! PS These gingerbread cookies were the best thing I have eaten!! Combining savory turkey ham with refreshing and hydrating fruits like watermelon and pineapple, along with a flavorful gingerbread cookie, seems like a pleasant and well-rounded breakfast experience. The balance between savory and sweet, along with the variety of tastes and textures, likely contributed to an enjoyable meal to start your day.





ACAI'D OUT!!!

Acai is one of my favourite foods, its like eating ice cream for breakfast!

Acai base, Strawberries, Banana's, Goji Berries, Peanut butter and chia seeds! This combination creates a tasty and nutritious breakfast bowl that's packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and fiber. It's a delicious way to start your day with a bowl that not only tastes like dessert but also provides essential nutrients! Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste preferences and enjoy your acai bowl experience.
